Graduate Finance Associate

We’re excited to offer a brand-new opportunity for a Finance Graduate to join our finance team at a pivotal and dynamic time. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience at the heart of a modern finance function, helping you develop practical skills that will support a successful career in industry or professional practice.

You’ll play an active role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, gaining real exposure to transaction processing and core finance activities that form the backbone of any high-performing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong technical foundations early in your career while working alongside experienced finance professionals.

What makes this opportunity especially exciting is the timing: our finance team is currently undergoing a major transformation programme. As part of this journey, you’ll have the chance to contribute to projects that are:

  • Implementing a new finance system
  • Digitising key finance processes to improve efficiency and insight
  • Reviewing and strengthening the internal control framework
  • Supporting improvements that shape how the finance function operates in the future

This means you won’t just observe change — you’ll help deliver it.

By the end of the internship, you’ll have gained valuable exposure to both operational finance and transformation projects, giving you a well-rounded experience that stands out on any CV.

If you’re a motivated graduate looking to learn quickly, contribute meaningfully, and be part of a forward-looking finance team, this role offers an exceptional place to start.
